Parque Cascadas began as a family place.
Before it had a name, before we imagined opening it to others, it was our meeting point with nature in Patagonia Aysén. The Río Simpson, the sound of Cascada La Virgen, the forest changing with the light, the road that slowly takes you away from noise and brings you closer to something more essential.
For us, this place has never been only a house or a landscape. It has been a way of returning.
Returning to silence. To fire. To water. To long conversations. To the kind of time that does not ask to be filled.
Here, we have felt something that is difficult to explain and easy to recognize once it happens: the quiet sensation of belonging to nature again.
That is why we decided to share Parque Cascadas.
Not because we wanted to create a hotel in the traditional sense, but because we felt that a place like this should be experienced by people who are looking for something similar to what we seek when we travel: authenticity, intimacy, beauty, space and a real connection with the territory.
We want each stay to feel personal, carefully held and deeply connected to Aysén. That means opening the doors of the park with respect, working with local people who know this land from within, and choosing experiences that allow guests to encounter the real Patagonia: its landscapes, its rhythms, its food, its silence and its generosity.
Parque Cascadas is our way of sharing a Patagonia that is alive, intimate, indomitable and profoundly human.
A place not only to visit, but to inhabit. Even if only for a few days.
