Parque Cascadas is a private property on the Río Simpson, between Coyhaique and Puerto Aysén in Chile's Patagonia Aysén, with 700 meters of riverfront and two exclusive-use houses, the Lodge and the Cottage.

Parque Cascadas began as a family place. Before it had a name, before we imagined opening it to others, it was our meeting point with nature in Patagonia Aysén.

I have been traveling to Patagonia Aysén for more than twenty years, and I still feel there is something in this region that cannot be fully explained from a distance. You have to arrive. You have to take the road. You have to feel the humidity in the forest, the sound of the Río Simpson, the silence between the trees.
